Jason Ford is a professional chef, commercial cookery lecturer, published cookbook author, food columnist, blogger and culinary entertainer.
With extensive experience in the food service industry, Jason’s career spans almost 30 years, working in numerous luxury hotels and acclaimed restaurants.
Jason balances his time as a cookery lecturer with food writing and cooking appearances at festivals.
He is passionate about fresh quality produce, and is the official Food Ambassador for the South Burnett region.
Jason and his wife Karen (who first met as apprentice chefs) live with their two children in Kingaroy, Queensland.
